I’m 5ft 3” and went from 138lbs to 119lbs in 6 months through doing Blogilates and Jillian Michaels workouts and eating clean. It took a lot of hard work and dedication but i got there in the end! Currently trying to build muscle now that i’ve achieved my fat-loss goal :-)
